Return & Refund Policy

The General Return & Refund Policy of 10 Feet Curtains Sdn Bhd governs the rights and responsibilities of both the company and any person who purchases products through our business platforms. By registering an account, placing orders, or making purchases on our platforms, you are deemed to have read, accepted, and agreed to abide by this Return and Refund Policy. We reserve the right to revise, change, modify, amend, delete, or remove any part of this Policy at any time without prior written notice. Your continued placement of orders and purchases of our products constitutes your irrevocable acceptance of such revisions, changes, or amendments.

How Do I Return an Item?

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before initiating a return request. You can request a return within the return period via email, phone, or any other contact option listed on our Contact page. Our team is available from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday.

Steps to Return or Cancel an Order:

  1. Contact Us: Inform us of your request to return or cancel the order.

  2. Pack the Product: Ensure the product is packed along with all necessary items (free gifts, accessories, etc.) and the following documents:

    • Purchase order/invoice.

  3. Send the Package: Return the package using the same courier service that delivered the product to you.

What Is Our Return & Refund Policy?

You may return products received in a damaged or defective condition through no fault of your own. We reserve the right to inspect returned products to verify the damage or defect. If the product is not found to be damaged or defective, it will be returned to you at the address provided.

If the product is eligible for replacement, we will ship a replacement to the provided address, subject to product availability.

​

You have 10 days from the delivery date to request a return or replacement. The product must be returned to us within this period. After 10 days, you lose the right to request a return.

For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.

In cases where a return is deemed ineligible, we may return the product to you at your expense. Refusing to accept delivery or returning the product without authorization gives us the right to dispose of the product without further notice. This disposal does not affect our obligations under this policy.

Will I Have to Pay Any Charges for Returns?

If the return is due to a manufacturer’s defect, all return and replacement charges will be borne by 10 Feet Curtains Sdn Bhd.

If the return is due to an error on your part, you will be responsible for the delivery charges.

How Do I Track My Returns?

You can track the status of your return using the tracking number provided by our courier partner.

Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted for items returned within 10 days of receipt (for both local and international orders), subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Return requests for replacement of the same product can only be made once, and the total duration for return requests must not exceed 30 days.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with labels attached.
     

Refunds or replacements are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Products damaged after use.

  • Incidental damage caused by malfunction.

  • Customized orders, clearance items, sale items, and add-on items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
